Hello and welcome to my Web Site! My name is Jennifer Mattheu, I am the sole proprietor of Creations By Jenn. My painting career started in 1998, I was waitressing at the Cracker Barrel and attending Living Word Community Church. I can honestly say I had no idea where my future was headed. I ended up volunteering at church and starting up the special needs ministry, which is a sunday school class for kids with special needs. In order to fulfill my commitment I had to stop working Sunday's which meant that I would only be working 4 days a week. I took a step of faith and prayed that Lord would honor this decision and provide for my husband and I in another way. About 2 weeks later I had the desire to paint and went to my mom's house and borrowed her paint's and paint brushes and the rest is history! God is faithful! I am now painting in homes and businesses allover Pennsylvania and Maryland. I specialize in Faux finishes. I also do decorative painting, kids bedrooms and I am also available for color consultations.
